Engr.Kayode Fowode, last weekend stepped-down as the pioneer National Coordinator of the IOSH Nigeria Network Group having served the body since 2015.

Fowode who acknowledged that the last four years has been memorable with several challenges and successes which was made possible by the collective effort of his executives and members.

Making his remark at the well-attended annual dinner and award night of the group held at Grandeur Event centre, Lagos, over the weekend, Fowode said “This year has been one of great success for us all. I was elected to the position of vice-president of IOSH, which is the first time an African will occupy such position. I am also glad that IOSH has further strengthened his stake by her strategic collaboration with other like-minded institutions and stakeholders in Nigeria and beyond.”

He went on to also announce the IOSH West Africa conference slated for January 2020 urging members to plan to attend.

The highpoint of the night was the presentation of awards of recognition to deserving members as well as the serving executives of the group who will henceforth be led by Dapo Omolade, CEO Hybrid group as new national coordinator.
