Nigeria Records 338 New COVID-19 Cases, Total Hits 5959
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control on Sunday announced that the country has confirmed 388 new cases.
NCDC made the announcement in its daily situation report of COVID-19 on its official twitter page.
According to the agency, of the 338 cases, 177 are confirmed in Lagos, 64 in Kano, 24 in FCT, 16 in Rivers, 14 in plateau, 11 in Oyo, 9 in Kastina, 4 in Jigawa and Kaduna, 3 in Abia, Bauchi and Borno, 2 in Gombe, Akwa Ibom and Delta, 1 in Ondo, Kebbi and Sokoto.
This brings the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria to 5959, of which 1594 have been discharged and 182 deaths recorded.
