The most essential way to healthy life is healthy eating lifestyle. Eating the right food in the right proportion. Every human in every industry requires Adequate nutrients for effectiveness at the workplace.

HSE industry involves functions and duties that requires energy and also logical reasoning, good nutrients and excercise will help maintain the healthy ways to achieve this .

1. Take starchy fibre carbohydrates.

These food contains healthy fibre that jeep you full for a long time. Be cautious of the fat you add to this type of food .

2. Consider eating fruits and vegetables.

It is recommended that you eat at least 5 portions of a variety of fruit and veg daily. It can be fresh, Frozen or juiced.

3. Cut down sugar and carbonated drink intake.

Regular consumption of sugary drinks increases your risk of obseity, high blood pressure, tooth decay etc.

Carbonated drinks often contain high level of sugar, sugar which are added to these drinks are mostly one you should cut down on

4. Stay hydrated often

One of our previous article specifically talked about why you need to stay hydrated often. As an HSE Professional, you need to ensure your water intake is excellent as water performs lot of functions which your body require daily.

Water is very important in every transportation process that occurs in the human system. So ensure you consume enough water to balance the system for continuous improvement.

5. Consider doing some excercise.

Always consider doing some excercise as routined excercise help to improve body metabolism, and when your body metabolisms improve, there is a probability of the body functioning faster and better.

Excercise does not have to be rigorous, you can start with little routine, and as the day goes by, your body become more flexible enough to follow up.
