The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Thursday night confirmed 594 new cases of the coronavirus disease in the country.

HSENations reports that the development means that Nigeria’s total confirmed cases of coronavirus have risen to twenty-two thousand six hundred and fourteen (22,614) with seven thousand, eight hundred and twenty-two (7,822) people discharged and five hundred and forty-nine (549) deaths recorded so far.
