The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Kano State Command, has confirmed the death of 13 accident victims that were returning from a wedding ceremony.
Reports have it that the accident occurred along Kano- Zaria Expressway.
HSENations gathered that the victims were returning from a wedding ceremony when their vehicle crashed around Kurna/Kofa Junction, in Bebeji Local Government Area of the state.
According to The Sun, the deceased were Muslims and mainly relatives and members of the same family.
While the cause of the incident is yet ascertained, the Sector Commander, FRSC, Kano State Command urge drivers to always drive safely.
He pleaded with the motoring community to always take extra caution while on road. He prayed to God to grant the family the fortitude to bear the loss.
