AFRISAFE Awards 2026 nominations are still open as we continue to invite submissions from organisations, teams, and professionals across Africa who are driving impact in safety, health, environment, fire safety, and workplace compliance.
We remain committed to a selection process that is transparent, credible, and strictly evidence driven. Every entry will be assessed based on verifiable documentation, measurable impact, compliance records, innovation, and professional references submitted during the nomination process.
This framework is designed to ensure fairness and equal opportunity for all nominees across the continent, regardless of size, location, or sector of operation.
Site visits will not be mandatory for most categories. However, where additional independent verification becomes necessary, we may conduct field assessments to confirm submissions and uphold the integrity of the evaluation process.
AFRISAFE continue to emphasise that recognition will be given only to organisations, teams, and professionals demonstrating genuine and measurable contributions to occupational safety, emergency response, fire safety, environmental health, and workplace compliance.

AfriSAFE 2026 under the them: ‘Safeguarding Lives, Securing the future’ is projected to be one of the largest gatherings of safety professionals in Africa, bringing together regulators, organisations, and industry leaders from across the continent and beyond.
The congress will focus on advancing workplace safety, health, and environmental management through knowledge sharing, professional exchange, and recognition of excellence. Over the years, AfriSAFE has grown into a key platform for shaping safety standards and promoting collaboration within Africa’s HSE space.
AfriSAFE 2026 Africa Safety Congress and Awards will hold in Accra, Ghana, from 5 to 6 November 2026. Endorsements and collaborations include the Ghana Electrical Contractors Association GECA and the Ghana Institute of Safety and Environmental Professionals GhISEP.
