Five persons have been confirmed dead and many others injured in a motor accident at Upper-Iweka in Onitsha Anambra state.
The Public Education Officer, Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Pascal Anigbo confirmed the incident on Tuesday.
He said, “Fatal road traffic crash has just been reported at Upper Iweka, Onitsha.

“About five people already confirmed dead, others injured. Rescue operation is ongoing.
“The Acting Unit Commander Onitsha has contacted Julius Berger for their crane.”
