In a viral video shared on the Internet, residents were seen scooping diesel from a fallen tanker at Opic.
A diesel tanker had in the early hours of Wednesday, April 8, 2020, tipped over and spilled its flammable contents on the Ibadan express road, OPIC area of Ogun State.
The people were seen, both old and young children, in gallons and containers as they scooped fuel.
Meanwhile, this happened with no traffic following the lockdown order by the government.
