Responsibilities;
Educating employees on Company’s safety policies and procedures
Organizing and facilitating safety training for all employees

Providing regular safety tips for employees
Promotion of HSE Programs and awareness within the organization
QHSE Inspection and Auditing
Provision of HSE support to other units
To keep the company’s Health & Safety policy up to date.
To ensure the implementation of the company’s Health & Safety policy
To be the first point of contact for dealing with identified hazards in the company.
To establish and implement a system for reporting hazards.
To be responsible for conducting fire drills and monitoring their effectiveness.
To establish and conduct a risk assessment procedure, and co-ordinate all risk assessments throughout the company.
Perform risk assessments in the day-to-day activities and report findings to the relevant parties.
Update risk assessments when changes in working environment are apparent.
Conduct investigation in (near) accident and determine the root cause of all accidents, including preparation of accident investigation reports.
Ensures that records are kept in accordance with local laws and regulations.
Ensure company’s HSE Manual and SOP are according to latest ISO 9001-2015 management system.
Any other task as assigned
Requirements;
B.Sc / HND in science related dscipline
2-5 years work experience as Health and Safety personnel
Minimum professional qualifications / certifications on ISO management systems as internal auditor on quality, health and safety environment
Smart and articulate
Excellent oral and written communication skill.
Ability to work under pressure
Must be flexible, creative, innovative, and quick to learn and demonstrate learning.
